“Come to the Quiet”
On Wednesday mornings, a rustic communion table will be set to the left of the chancel,
with chairs arranged around it to invite participants into a time of stillness and
communion. At 9:45 am, a candle will be lit to mark an optional 15 minutes of quiet
preparation with recorded Taizé music, leading into the service at 10:00 am.
This simple service of Eucharist emphasizes silence and stillness as we gather in the
presence of Jesus among us. The traditional elements of Eucharist—gospel, prayers,
blessing, and the breaking of bread and wine—anchor our worship, with space for silent
reflection.
Anointing and healing blessings will be available upon request following the service.
