John is a Retired Lutheran Pastor who served in Kamloops, Smithers, and Vancouver. He is a contributor to International Greek New Testament Project (since 1999). John has a Diploma in Greek Palaeography from Oxford University. He is an occasional lecturer at Vancouver School of Theology (New Testament textual criticism, NT canon), and was a sessional lecturer (2014–2022) at Lutheran Theological Seminary, in Saskatoon (taught Romans, Galatians, the Gospel of /John and the Letters of John).

Wayne is a retired Anglican Priest: Served in parishes in Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Ontario and British Columbia. He received a Doctor of Ministry from Andover Newton Theological School in Massachusetts with a specialization in pastoral care and counselling. A Benedictine Oblate with The World Community for Christian Meditation, for the past five years a he has been a leader and co-facilitator in two online meditation groups.
